 Yep. Dad got another 24 inch iMac. Sadly, its for the office & not for home :( The box was extremely heavy! Speaking of which, I'm using another brand new 24 inch mac to type this post!WHOA this is amazing man :DD

I know, I cant believe it either. I'm actually updating my blog. Well, although school assignments have been pilling up sky high, I have not been able to resist the urge to catch the olympics everyday. And so far, I've not been disappointed. Yesterday, I had the honor of watching Usain Bolt smash Michael Johnson's 200m record. I expected him to jog to victory, or to showboat, but he did none of them. It was true determination that won him the race, & congrats to him for smashing two world records in a single olympic games. This man is the real deal. Modest, friendly, and laid-back,he is simply phenomenal.   Although Phelps created huge headlines with this Amazing haul of 7 Gold medals, one of the highlights of the games, for me, was when Yelena Isinbayeva broke the pole vault world record. It was a third & final attempt to break the world record, and the entire Beijing National Stadium was silent as the crowd waited in anticipation. & she absolutely nailed it!  And now...To another topic. I just found out these past two weeks how I should force myself not to develop feelings for any girl. Its exhausting work, and you pretty much end up getting disappointed most of the time. It's hard to impress too, to match up to their incredibly high standards. They must be intelligent, good looking, charming, have a well-toned body. Sometimes its as if whatever you do isn't appreciated. okay this isn't the best way to end a post. CHELSEA ARE PLAYING BEAUTIFUL FOOTBALL! :D I never thought this day would come but Scolari's doing a fantastic job so far. and and I cant wait for my items from threadless and fredflare to arrive! Well, at least there's something to look forward to. |
